Scrapbook Layout Ideas 1

This was my first potty training experience and I found these cute stickers at Hobby Lobby and decided to create a layout around them. It was such a simple layout to do. It starts out with a 12 x 12 piece of white card stock. I used a white paper bag as the next layer and covered it with the lime green paper. Next, I matted the photo and created the yellow pull out for the journaling. The rest of the embellishments are stickers from that sticker pack except for the ones spelling out noah.

DVD's is also a very simple layout but fun. Someday it will be very interesting to see what Noah watched at 2 ½ years old. The layout starts with the gold pattern paper. I used my circle punch to create the interest on the right edge and placed the black paper behind it. Then I matted the 4 x 6 photo and each of the wallet size photos. The fun thing about this layout is that each of the wallet size photos lifts up to show journaling underneath that tells a bit about the DVD's in that photo.

Scrapbook Layouts 3

Almost everything in this layout came with a page kit. I think maybe just the rick rack and the letter stickers that spell out STILL on the bottom left are the only things that didn't come with it. Page kits are a great way to create layouts if you are a beginning scrapbooker or you just want to get some layouts done or maybe need to get your creative juices flowing. I believe the page kit came from Hobby Lobby – Urban Bling/Me and My Big Ideas.
