Scrapbooking Layout Ideas
photos of 2 football 12 x 12 layouts

Scrapbooking layout ideas – My husband LOVES football so you'd think I would actually have more football layouts, right? Well, I'm not sure why I don't have more...probably just the busyness of life. I do have a mini football album...wanna see? (It's at the bottom of the page)I made it out of a football shaped gift bag and made an accordion album to go inside. It turned out really cute. It makes a nice hanger for a doorknob.

Scrapbooking Layout Ideas 1 – Angry Dragon Football – When we were newly married, Jonathan played flag football. I don't think I went to very many of his games...maybe just 1...what a supportive wife! Well, my family came to one of the games one night and I got some pics and ended up making this layout. The background is tan card stock. Next I created the journaling strips out of a darker brown card stock. Then I added the letter stickers to the journaling strips. I then double matted the 2 photos on the bottom and single matted the main photo. The footballs are just die cuts that I adhered with double sided tape. Finally, I printed the journaling onto vellum. I justified the left text box to the left and the right text box to the right.

Scrapbooking Layout Ideas 2 – I really like this layout! The background paper is Karen Foster # 60453 Footballs. The next layer I added was the matted journaling box. I used patterned paper for the journaling area...not sure what company. I also matted the wallet size photo. The “aaaack” title is mad with white stickers that I doodled on. I titled it “aaaack” because every year right before football starts that is what I say to myself...I do like football season but sometimes it gets on my nerves. : ) Underneath the wallet size photo, I ran 2 strips of fibers in a large “X” pattern and secured the ends on the back of the background paper. Finally I did the jouranling and added the football stickers...not sure what company those are either. : (
