Hey, Ya'll,

I can feel Spring coming quickly. My daffodils are already up. They aren't supposed to be yet but it has been so warm. Anyway, Spring means yard work and gardening season which probably means less scrapbook time. I hope to squeeze in more scrapbooking this year in between mowing and weeding. We'll see?! : )

The BIG Garage Cleanout

This was TRULY The BIG Garage Cleanout! I spent 2-3 days organizing and cleaning the garage. I did it calmly "Flylady Style." I would walk out there and just think and rearrange in my mind and then set the timer and just work on 1 section at a time. I even took the shelves and drawers out on the deck and washed them off with the hose. I was so proud of myself that I took pics. Now, it obviously hasn't stayed that clean but overall it has stayed much cleaner and more organized. So, I'm glad I did it.

I'm usually not very good at using multiple 4 x 6 photos on layouts but I like the way this grouping turned out. The dotted circle is a clear stamp from Technique Tuesday. I added the 3 stamp after I had stamped the circle. The DAYS is letter stickers are from RebeccaSower designs. Metal Stencil ABC SPRSN24. Then the LATER is cork stickers. I'm not sure where they are from - I don't have the packaging anymore. I added random stickers on the photos and then the green button. Finally, I did my classic black pen journaling. : )

The Crazy Sleeper

Boy, is he a crazy sleeper. I had to snap this pic when I found him half on the bed and half off. : )

The background for this layout is the burgandy textured paper. Then I added the polka dot paper from my scrap drawer. It already had all the circles cut out of it but I liked the interest they gave. I used my circle stamps from Technique Tuesday around the circle photo. The title is done with some foam stamps. The final touch was the part of the title done with the labeler and then the 2 accent stickers from Marcella by K which is a division of K & Company.

What about next month?

You just never know. We'll see...stay tuned to Youtube to find out.

Until sometime around the middle of March…
